And experience has taught that association CEOs who are truly “board-savvy” must take the lead in building such partnerships. Drawing on Doug Eadie’s best-selling book, The Board-Savvy CEO, “The Board-Savvy CEO” webinar will provide participants with detailed, practical and thoroughly tested guidance in becoming truly board-savvy CEOs. The major topics that will be covered in this webinar program are: the detailed content of association governing work; the key characteristics of board-savvy CEOs; and the primary partnership-building roles of the board-savvy CEO, including: Chief Board Developer; Chief Governing Process Designer; and Chief Governing Relationship Manager.
