This webinar aims to equip association executives with practical strategies to identify, establish, and maintain a compelling member value proposition through an entrepreneurial approach. Participants will learn how to cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset that drives innovation, analyze organizational culture to support value creation, implement effective frameworks for scouting future trends, and develop robust methodologies for evaluating products and services using both ROI and ROE metrics.
