Meeting time is some of the most necessary, invaluable time a team can spend together. If well planned and led, it can make all the difference in building momentum, agility, results and satisfaction. If not well planned or well led, meetings will be dreaded, boring and cost the organization a large amount of money, engagement and defeated team members.
